Owning a small business is tough, but for Black and Latino entrepreneurs, systemic barriers make it even harder. Despite their talent and hard work, they often struggle to access the necessary capital and resources.
Male Mogul Enterprises L3C is a subsidiary company of Male Mogul Initiative Inc. NFP. MME seeks to transform the way people live and lead in their communities through community wealth building. The Mogul Fund is a hybrid Venture/Private Equity fund that specializes in community development. We help turn perceived liabilities into assets in under-resourced communities in Chicago.

At Male Mogul Enterprises, we create lasting change through community-driven solutions and wealth-building ecosystems where businesses, job creation, and community investment support each other. By nurturing young entrepreneurs, we build strong economic roots from the ground up. Here’s how we do it:
Creating Jobs and Economic Opportunities
We generate meaningful employment within Black and Latino communities. By supporting local businesses, we’ve created over 200 jobs for youth and young adults, providing immediate financial stability and long-term growth.
Investing in Community Businesses
Male Mogul Enterprises has invested over 500k into local businesses and start-ups, helping them expand and serve their communities more effectively. This financial support is crucial in overcoming funding disparities.
Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
Through mentorship, training, and financial support, we empower young entrepreneurs to develop the skills needed for success, inspiring others and driving positive change in their communities.
Measuring Our Impact
To date, we have generated over 3 million dollars of economic impact on the South and West sides of Chicago, demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach.

Cultivating asset managers with an entrepreneurial mindset, equipping them to acquire and create ventures for sustained impact in their community.
TRANSFORM:
Provide young men with the social- emotional support they need to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Through a partnership with City Colleges of Chicago and other workforce development programs, Male Mogul offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes leadership development, career planning, mental health support, and business certifications.
Invest & Build:
The Invest & Build phase offers a unique approach to organizational sustainability. We have built a community wealth-building ecosystem by creating a circular economy consisting of business incubation, finance, direct services, indirect services, and community reinvestment. The Invest & Build phase offers business consulting, access to capital learning, financial literacy, wealth building, and workforce skill development.
